Bag of 500 l .. Do not store for long time under direct sunlight ƒy Composition: Aggregate made of closed]cell expanded virgin polystyrene beads, with constant grain]size in curve ( 3]6 mm.), perfectly spherical, with controlled density, non]toxic, non]absorbent, rot proof, dimensionally stable over time, chlorofluorocarbon free production, free of nutritional values able to sustain the growth of fungi and bacteria. ƒy Fields of application: It is used for thermal insulations and fillings of air spaces and closed volumes in general. ƒy Consumption / yield: To fill a volume of 1 m³ are necessary 2 bags of Politerm Wall. ƒy Preparation for blowing Before starting to blow Politerm Wall, you have to prepare suitable openings (holes cm. 4]5) on the walls for the introduction of the product and the extraction of the air that is in the air spaces. (so n°2 openings for each wall surface). The openings must be done in the highest position to guarantee the complete filling of the volume. Through these openings it will be also possible to control that the top level of filling is reached. The openings, considering a continuous air space, will be positioned at a distance of at least 2 mt. one from the other. ƒy Blowing: Use the specific equipment Politerm Wall Blow (suction/pumping gun) ] see Edilteco equipment, that allows to blow the product taking it directly from the bags and obtaining an approximative yield of 1 m³ in approx. 7]9 minutes (according to the building site conditions). The use of Politerm Wall Blow equipment, allows the blowing directly from the bags, avoiding the pouring]off operations and consequent dispersion of product in the work areas. ƒy Technical features: .. specific weight: 8]12 kg/m3 .. thermal conductivity ë: 0,035 W/m°K According to the tamping and effective distribution of the inert material spread in the inside of the filled volume.
