Introduction
TESCON PROFIL is a versatile adhesive tape designed for sealing sharp corners and straight joints both indoors and outdoors. It ensures airtight bonds in compliance with DIN 4108-7, SIA 180, and ÖNorm B8110-2, and provides windproof and watertight seals for sub-roofs and façades.

Applications
The tape is suitable for creating airtight connections on vapour check and airtightness layers indoors, such as pro clima INTELLO, DB+, and wood-based panels like OSB. It is waterproof and can be used for bonds exposed to the elements during construction.

Application Procedure
Ensure the substrate is load-bearing, stable, dry, smooth, and free from dust, silicon, and grease. Use a pro clima PRESSFIX for effective application. Prefold the tape into an L-shape, remove the release paper on one side, and apply it to the corner. Remove the second strip of release paper and secure the second side.

Recommendations
For optimal results, use high-quality roof underlay and wall membrane, vapour check, and airtightness materials. Adhesion tests are recommended to ensure substrate suitability.
