Installation instructions It is very important that you make a correct layout of the ECOcero® acoustic panels. We recommend that you use a laser line marker to facilitate this task. Wash your hands just before starting the installation. Wear gloves to avoid staining the panels.

INSTALLATION OF THE PANELS. OPTION ON STRUCTURE For the screwing of the panels, we recommend that you place the modulation uprights to measure from the edge of the previous panel. In this way, all the modulation uprights will be adapted to the existing tolerance in the width of the panels. We recommend placing horizontal profiles to give more rigidity to the structure and screwing the panel to these profiles. INSTALLATION OF THE PANELS. DIRECT-TO-WALL OPTION The screws should be placed in the felt acoustic panel, never in the wood strips. For the screwing of the panels, it is recommended to place the panels to measure from the edge of the previous panel. When screwing the panels, the recommended dimensions must be respected. The distance between screws along the wall shall be 600 mm (15 screws/panel).

CUTTING OF THE PANELS When you reach the end of the wall you may have to adjust the panels to fit. The lateral adjustment of the panels is made by cutting the base panel with a cutter. Before cutting the panel, measure the exact surface where the panel is to be installed. When cutting, make the cut on a flat surface

CUTTING OF THE PANELS The panels are supplied with the size 2380*590 mm, if you need to adjust the height of the panels, you can do it using a circular saw. Mark the cut line on the panel with a pencil. Before cutting the panel, measure the exact surface where the panel is to be installed. When making the cut, do it on a flat surface.
