Technical Datasheet DUROSTICK SUPER Luxury emulsion paint PROPERTIES Emulsion, ultra-white luxury paint, of low odor. With strong adhesion, applies easily and dries quickly. Distinguished for its high performance and coverage, its uniform coat, and the velvety smooth, matte finish that uniquely highlights any shade. Does not yellow over time, it is particularly resistant to frequent washing (does not saponify) and does not fade. It allows for the breathability of surfaces, being at the same time water vapour permeable. APPLICATIONS DUROSTICK SUPER emulsion paint is ideal for the protection and decoration of new and existing, painted surfaces made of plaster and concrete, gypsum board, spackled surfaces, chipboard etc. both indoors and out. Due to its durability against daily washing, it is ideal for public areas, such as hospitals, hotels, gyms, schools, kindergartens, restaurants, but also children's rooms etc. USE 1. Substrate preparation Surfaces from concrete and marble based plaster have to be dry, at least 30 days from their construction, and free from loose materials. Surfaces soiled with soot and air pollution, are cleaned with the biodegradable cleaner BIOCLEAN (for nicotine and soot) or they are primed with METAL PRIMER of DUROSTICK. Already painted, sound surfaces two coats with DUROSTICK SUPER are enough. 2. Application Dilute DUROSTICK SUPER with water at a ratio of 5-10%, depending on the substrate, and stir well. Both DARK and TRANSPARENT bases are diluted with water at a ratio of 2-5%. Apply with brush, roller or airless spray gun in 2 coats. Apply the second coat, after the first one is completely dry. PERFORMANCE Approximately 11-13m²/lt per coat, depending on the texture, the absorbency of the surface and the application method. STORAGE Store in places protected from sunlight and frost, for at least 18 months from production date. NOTE If needed, it is recommended to clean the freshly painted surface that DUROSTICK SUPER was used, with a soft sponge and mild detergent, 15 days after its application.
