Properties: The screed is pourable, cures quickly without shrinkage cracks, and is resistant to abrasion, compression, and impact. It is classified as CT-C30-F6-AR2 according to EN 13813 standards.
Applications: Suitable for levelling concrete, cement screed, or mosaic floors before installing various types of flooring such as marble, tiles, vinyl, carpet, or hardwood. It is intended for interior use.
Usage Instructions:
  • Surface Preparation: Ensure substrates are stable, crack-free, and clean. Prime absorbent substrates with AQUAFIX and non-absorbent substrates with DS-290.
  • Mixing: Combine 4.5-4.75 liters of water with 25kg of mortar, mix until homogeneous, let it mature for 1-2 minutes, then mix again.
  • Application: Use a floor squeegee or notched trowel to apply, and remove air bubbles with a broom or spiked roller.
Notes:
  • For thicknesses up to 30mm, use D-64.
  • Do not remix with water or add other materials.
  • Protect from sunlight and wind during curing.
  • Once cured, it is safe for health and the environment.
Cleaning: Clean tools with water immediately after use.
Consumption: Approximately 1.5kg/m² per mm of thickness.

TECHNICAL DATA SHEET D-65 Self levelling fast setting cement screed for levelling floors, for thicknesses of 1-10mm Pourable, self-levelling cement screed for levelling floors in thicknesses of up to 10mm. It is fast-setting and curing, without any shrinkage-related cracks. Distinguished for its high mechanical strength against abrasion, compression, impact and deterioration. Also distinguished for its strong adhesion to any mineral substrate. It presents excellent rheology, workability and has the ability to be pumped. Classified CT-C30-F6-AR2, per EN 13813. The product has received an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) following an assessment of the environmental impact of its life cycle. Registration number: S-P-13769, The International EPD® System. APPLICATIONS D-65 is ideal for levelling and smoothing of concrete floors, cement screed or existing mosaic floors to be lined with marble, tiles, vinyl flooring, carpet, hardwood flooring, microcement, etc. Suitable for interior floor applications. 1. Surface preparation Make sure substrates are stable (strong, sound), without cracks, gaps and free from loose materials, dust, oils and grease. It is necessary to prime all absorbent substrates with the micromolar stabilizer AQUAFIX of DUROSTICK. It is necessary to prime all non-absorbent substrates with the quartz based bonding primer DS-290 of DUROSTICK. Pour the product after the primer has dried thoroughly (approximately 2 hours later). 2. Application Empty the mortar into a clean container with cool water, at a ratio of 4.5-4.75lt water to 25kg mortar, and mix with a low-rpm drill, until a lump-free, homogeneous mass is created. Allow the mixture to mature for 1-2 minutes and mix again. Starting from a corner, apply the product using a floor squeegee or a wide notched trowel, and assist into distributing the product evenly on the entire floor.
