More than ceramics Ceramic is a natural material that has existed for thousands of years. The material has more than proven itself in use: it‘s hygienically smooth surface glaze is extremely robust, easy to clean, abrasion- and scratch-resistant. Bathroom ceramics are also skin-friendly, heat-resistant and light-fast. However, designs with exact dimensional accuracy or reduced wall thicknesses can push the material to its limit. DuroCast®A material that combines design and functionality The solid surface materials DuroCast® Plus, UltraResist and Smooth are mainly comprised of natural minerals and resin as a binding agent. DuroCast® Nature consists polyurethane mixed with marble powder and, like DuroCast® Smooth, has a coloured gelcoat surface.
