The wearing layer is made of bamboo. The base layer comprises spruce or multiply birch lamellae which are turned 90 degrees and are glued to the wearing layer. This limits the swelling and shrinking behaviour of all types of wood considerably. For this reason, 2-layer parquet is the best variant for installation on underfl oor heating.
