The TD-25 Crawler Dozers have been redesigned to enhance operator comfort and productivity, featuring a new cabin with industry-leading improvements for efficient and safe operation.
- Design and Comfort: The cabin is larger with wider doors for easy access, a tapered engine hood for better visibility, and 33% more glass surface for improved sightlines. The pressurized cab reduces noise to 77 dB(A) and prevents dust ingress.
- Climate Control: Enhanced climate control settings with a new panel and nine air outlets provide maximum control over the internal environment.
- Seating: The air-suspended high-back seat includes a headrest, sensors for safety, and adjustable armrests to reduce fatigue.
- The TD-25 offers superior visibility with a 4.49 m² glass surface, integrated ROPS/FOPS structure, and a new design for the engine hood and side panels. Rear visibility is improved with a redesigned fuel and oil tank, angled seat, rearview camera, and additional ripper light.
- Both Tier 3 and Tier 4 final models use the Cummins QSX15 engine, with a displacement of 15 liters and a gross horsepower of 280 kW (375 hp). The Tier 4 model meets EPA Tier 4f/EU Stage IV emissions standards.
- The undercarriage features sealed and lubricated track links and rollers for durability. The hydraulic system is an open-center type with a fixed-displacement pump, providing efficient control with a single joystick lever.
