FLOORING Line APPLICATION PROCEDURE HOW TO USE QUARZPLATE is a ready to use product that is applied by dusting the surface of the fresh concrete in at least two coats. The first dusting will apply 2/3 of the total amount required onto the fresh concrete when walkable. As soon as the dust has been hydrated by the mixing water from the concrete underneath, float at least twice crosswise.
