Remote Reader Modules (RRM) Overview
The Remote Reader Module (RRM) concept is designed to protect sensitive electronics by separating the registration unit from the control unit. The registration unit is installed on the door, while the control unit is placed in a tamper-proof location, ensuring enhanced security and flexibility.

Encrypted Security
The communication between the registration and control units is encrypted, preventing unauthorized data access and manipulation. All door components, such as the door opener and frame contact, are securely connected to the control unit within a secured area.

Protection from Vandalism
The registration unit can be installed behind safety glass or invisibly within a wall to protect against vandalism. The control unit, being separate, remains secure indoors, minimizing the risk of damage to the sensitive components.

Simple Cabling
The RRM concept emphasizes quick and easy installation with a single cable connecting the registration unit to the control unit. The unique quickwire technology allows for pre-wiring by an electrician, simplifying the commissioning process.

Flexible and Protected Investment
The RRM system allows for easy adaptation to changing security needs. If security requirements increase, the registration unit can be upgraded to one with a PIN code without altering the cabling setup.
