The Kaba exos LA-PP registration unit is designed for flush socket mounting in metal environments, offering high security through encrypted communication with the interior door manager. It provides maximum protection against vandalism and sabotage.

Design and Security Features
The Remote Reader Module (RRM) concept allows for a wide range of designs, accommodating various spatial and technical security specifications. The registration units are installed remotely from the door manager, which can be placed in a tamper-proof location. Communication is encrypted for enhanced security.

Application and Installation
The LA-PP unit is specifically designed for metallic environments and fits European standard electric installation boxes. It is easy to install due to simple cabling.

Reading Distances
The unit supports all Kaba LEGIC media, with reading distances varying based on installation conditions and media used. Writing distances are approximately five percent shorter.
