Thermostatic Electronic Lavatory: DEMD-611LF HANDS-FREE CONVENIENCE WITH WORRY-FREE TEMPERATURE PROTECTION. Our new DEMD-611LF electronic thermostatic faucet features an integrated thermostatic mixing valve that prevents the water from exceeding 120°F (49°C), satisfying the temperaturelimiting requirements of ASSE 1070. Faster installation with less maintenance. • Temperature comfort stop is factory set to 105˚F (40.5˚C), but can be reset by installer to 120˚F (49˚C). Once the temperature has been set, a top mixer allows users to adjust water temperature within range. (NOTE: Temperature mixer is not ADA-compliant.) FINISHES INCLUDE : Delivering comfort and convenience. • Integrated thermostatic mixing valve and supply lines result in fewer components and materials to install, decreasing installation time (compared to thermostatic installations with below-deck mixing valves). • Infrared sensor enables hands-free ﬂow activation, with a maximum run time of 15 seconds. • Mixing valve and electronic components are fully contained within the faucet body. • With optional 4" coverplate, faucet can install on either a one- or three-hole sink conﬁguration.
