Introduction: The document provides detailed information on the installation, operation, and maintenance of SOLIVIA series solar inverters. It emphasizes the need for qualified technicians to handle the installation and adhere to safety instructions.
Safety Instructions: Various safety symbols indicate potential hazards, such as equipment damage, serious injury, or death.
Product Description: SOLIVIA inverters are three-phase, grid-tied devices that convert DC from PV arrays into AC for the electrical grid. Key features include high efficiency, reactive power control, and low harmonic distortion.
Application & Intended Use: The inverters are designed for stationary PV systems connected to the grid and are not suitable for isolated or mobile systems.
Monitoring: The inverters come with an LCD display for on-site monitoring and support remote monitoring through various solutions.
Installation Preparation: Before installation, technicians should thoroughly read the manual and check the package for damage and completeness.
Installation: Inverters can be installed indoors or in protected outdoor areas, mounted on a solid wall, away from flammable objects, and in a well-ventilated space.
Wiring: Before wiring, ensure that the inverter's power is off and that all connections are correctly identified. The document outlines the wiring procedure and provides diagrams for reference.
DC and AC Wiring: DC strings must be connected in parallel before connecting to inverters. An external isolation transformer is required on the AC side to prevent damage.
Protective Devices and Cable Requirements: Use appropriate upstream circuit breakers for each inverter model. Residual current devices of type A can be used due to the design of the inverters.
Earthing Systems: Permitted earthing configurations include TN-S, TN-C, TN-C-S, and TT, but IT is not allowed.
