Product catalog summary
Applications and Instructions for Use
Magnetic panels can be processed using carbide-tipped tools, including saws with a trapezoidal tooth pattern. Caution is advised as sparks may occur during processing. Panels should be transported flat to avoid damage.

Cleaning of Magnetic Panels
High-gloss surfaces can be marked with board markers, recommended brands include edding 360 and 363, and can be wiped dry. Matte surfaces are suitable for chalk and projection, with ILLUMIGRAPH liquid chalk recommended. Initial cleaning is necessary after removing protective foil. Complete residue-free cleaning is not guaranteed, so testing markers is advised. Ethyl alcohol and Edding's thinner V 100 are effective for cleaning.

Delivery Form and Quality
Panels are delivered in 2,440 x 1,220 mm format with a thickness of 1.0 mm. Length and width tolerances adhere to DIN EN 438 standards.

Storage
Store panels in a closed room at 18-25°C and 50-60% humidity, horizontally with full-surface contact, 200 mm above the floor. Protect from moisture, sunlight, warm air, and heat sources. If horizontal storage is not possible, tilt panels at an 80° angle with support.

Disposal
Panel waste can be incinerated in authorized facilities or landfilled according to local regulations. Classified as "other hardened plastic waste material" similar to household waste.

Product Data Sheet Langenthaler Str. 4 69434 Hirschhorn/Neckar Germany phone 00-49-6272-689-0 fax 00-49-6272-689-30 Version: 10ZT09E dekopin Magnetic panels Applications and instructions for use dekopin magnetic panels can be sawed, milled and drilled using carbide tipped tools. All HM circular saw blades with a sufficiently high number of teeth and a trapezoidal/trapezoidal saw tooth pattern are suitable. It is generally possible that the type of material used may cause flying sparks during processing. Always make sure that the panels are flat during transport to prevent cracks and bends in the surface. Cleaning of magnetic panels The HGL high-gloss surfaces are suitable for marking with a board marker. We recommend board markers from edding (360 and 363). Markings made with suitable board markers can be wiped off in dry condition. The MAT matte surfaces are suitable for marking with chalk and can also be used as a projection surface. We recommend ILLUMIGRAPH liquid chalk from ZIG in this case. However, the open-pore surface cannot always be wiped completely clean in dry condition. Before the first use, after peeling off the protective foil both surfaces must be cleaned initially in order to remove any residue! There is no guarantee that dekopin magnetic panels can be cleaned so that they are completely free of residue, since the quality of the markers used is beyond our control. Therefore, we recommend testing the various markers before use or to make 1 Magnetic panels
