Technical Data Sheets Overview
1. Physical Features and Dimensions
The document outlines the physical characteristics of various products under the MOOVE.URBAN line, including dimensions and tolerances. The dimensions are specified with a tolerance of ±0.5mm for thickness, ±1.0mm for width, and ±5.0mm for length. Measurements are conducted using calipers.
2. Laminated Layer Thickness
The laminated layer thickness is measured internally with an average requirement of ≥ 0.2mm. The actual measurements range from 0.30mm to 0.31mm, using a loupe for precision.
3. Colour Calibration
Colour calibration is performed according to GB/T 24137-2009 standards, with a visual requirement of ≥ 90%. The results show a calibration of 92% to 93%, achieved by comparing samples under a colour light box.
4. Weight and Density
Weight is calculated using the formula Weight/Length=weight/kg, with a tolerance of ±5%. Density is determined by cutting samples into pieces, scraping off protective layers, and measuring weight in air and water, following EN ISO1183-1 standards.
5. Hardness
Hardness is tested using the Rockwell method, with results ranging from 42.30 Mpa to 56.00 Mpa. Tests are repeated five times to obtain an average value, following EN15534 standards.
6. Colour Stability
Colour stability is assessed over a 30-day period in a UV chamber, with no colour fading observed. This is compared against a master sample kept in the dark, following ISO 4892-3:2016 standards.
7. Fire Reaction
Fire reaction is tested according to EN 1350.1:2018, EN 13823-2020+A1:2022, and EN ISO 11925-2:2020 standards, achieving a classification of Bs3-d0.
