Furniture Ordering Procedures for de Gournay Staff 1. The furniture price lists in four different currencies (GBP, US $, EUR, RUB) are on I: drive / Price lists current / Furniture (for GBP, EUR and US$) and Price lists Russia (for RUB and EUR in Russia) The price shown is for one item of furniture in the specific finish and size. The least expensive and often the quickest option is for a client to order the same finish and size as seen in the showroom display or on the photos in the price list. Any change of finish or size will result in an increase in price and possibly a delay in delivery. If a client expresses interest in buying furniture, please send Agnieszka an ENQUIRY FORM by e-mail so that she can confirm the price and approximate delivery date or give you a new price if the finish or dimensions have changed. Please use the exact names of furniture and finishes as listed in the price list. If a client wants new dimensions we will first produce a line drawing for approval. Customised finishes. A client can have all our furniture in custom finishes. A custom finish is any finish which is not on display in the showroom or on the photos in furniture price list. In this case a client must provide us with a sample of the finish required which should be sent to Agnieszka by courier for copying. Once a client accepts the price, approx. delivery time and the line drawing (if there is one), we require a 50% deposit before we can start production. All orders should be placed using the FURNITURE ORDER FORM. The quoted time for delivery starts from the date Agnieszka receives the FURNITURE ORDER FORM. Estimated delivery time: i. England: 6 – 10 weeks (no minimum order level) ii. USA: 10 – 12 weeks (minimum order level $10,000 ) iii. Russia: 10 – 12 weeks (minimum order level Rubles 250,000) Important Information Regarding Discounts The pricing discount structure for mirrors and baguettes is the same as for wallpaper and fabrics. 25% off for designer net, a further 25% off for trade showroom. The pricing discount structure for furniture is completely different to our other products. Our furniture is a essentially a retail product, designed to be sold through our own showrooms, firstly to retail clients with no discount and secondly to designer clients with a discount of up to 25% but this should normally be limited to 10% or 15%. In other words we will only offer 25% discount to members of the trade if absolutely necessary and you should check with Karen first in these cases. This means that the client's standard discount in Maximiser may not apply when quoting furniture and I have yet to work out how we will get around this in the system.
