Un’ampia gamma di controlli ed accessori permette di configurare il dosatore in funzione alla specificità del lavoro da realizzare: è possibile infatti verificare la pressione, la velocità di erogazione e di aspirazione, la modalità di lavoro in manuale oppure in automatico. È inoltre possibile dotare la macchina di gruppi riscaldanti, gruppi miscelatori o di pressatura in funzione della viscosità e della temperatura del prodotto da dosare. Dosatori pneumatici atti a dosare prodotti di vario tipo con consistenze variabili, liquidi, semi densi e densi. La dosatura avviene in modo rapido e preciso grazie a differenti tipi di valvole perfettamente intercambiabili e disponibili in funzione della viscosità del prodotto da dosare: • valvola a tre vie per prodotti liquidi e semi-densi; • valvola a tre vie per prodotti densi; • valvola antigoccia necessaria con alcune tipologie di prodotto per evitare il gocciolamento a fine dosatura. Tutte le valvole sono dotate di attacchi tri-clamp, ciò le rende molto semplici da smontare e pulire. Differenziati per capacità di dosaggio (cc 2-100 / cc 5-250 / cc 20-700 / cc 50-1300 / cc 100-5000) consentono di confezionare dosi esatte di prodotti liquidi, semi-densi e densi.
