They may be specified on the ends or at various seat partitions to create personal space in public spaces. A stainless steel rod attaches the arm to the aluminum frame. Wood arms are made of solid cherry or maple wood in standard finishes. Black polyurethane arms offer durability in high traffic areas or for outdoor use.
