Introduction
Natural Living by Dan-Form is a concept focused on environmentally friendly production methods. Products are made from recycled wood, such as old doors and window frames, and wood from re-grown forests. Fabrics include natural linen dyed with environmentally safe dyes, and surfaces are treated with a water-based stain.

Terms and Conditions

• Delivery: First delivery in September 2010, subsequent deliveries in 4-6 weeks.
• Order Size: No minimum quantity, orders below €50 incur a €35 charge.
• Delivery Terms: Ex-works, free delivery for orders over €750 in select countries.
• Payment Terms: 14 days net, pre-payment or L/C required.
• VAT: 25% VAT charged if VAT number is unavailable (EU countries only).
• Transport Damages: Complaints must be reported within 7 days, goods returned in original packaging.
• Cancellation: Requires written agreement from Dan-Form.
• Ownership: Retained by Dan-Form until full payment is made.
• Guarantee: 3-year product guarantee.
