Cold start: No more wasting money All taps in the Pine series are developed with the hot water-saving feature cold start. Cold start means that the tap automatically is opened with cold water only. Taps without this feature open with half cold/half warm water. This means paying for warm water that you often do not use. So there is no compromising on comfort. However there is a lot of money to be saved, which benefits both you and the environment. There is no discernible difference between using a cold start tap and a tap that does not include this economical and environmentally friendly feature....

Economy aerator: Good for the environment and the pocketbook All taps in the Pine series have a built-in economy aerator. The water-saving aerator means that the bath taps give 6 litres and the kitchen taps give 8 litres. Large savings Tests of the cold start feature in both residential buildings and larger public toilets show that around 30% can be saved on energy consumption - without compromising the comfort feeling. This makes Pine the the easy yet solid choice.
