BATTERY TECHNOLOGY ESTIMATED LIFE CHARGING AND The heat dissipation system features excellent heat conduction and thermal convection that allow the LED to operate at the right temperature without overheating. Designed and manufactured to maximise the estimated life. SPICA's advanced electronics significantly cut energy consumption and maintenance costs. A microprocessor coupled with the development of charge management software makes it possible to monitor and optimise the life of the LiFePO4 batteries.
Open the catalog to page 6FLAT LENS DESIGNED IN-HOUSE OPTIMUM INTERDISTANCE AND UNIFORMITY We designed a virtually flat lens to minimise the visible surface of the luminaire. An optimised photometric curve for both escape route and anti-panic lighting is achieved thanks to a 12-mm lens diameter and a dedicated refracting area. SPICA's proprietary optic design provides excellent coverage. DAISA lighting calculation software is used to optimise the spacing distance between luminaires, ensuring uniform lighting in the space between 0 and 1 metres high. Emergency lighting Emergency lig
Open the catalog to page 7At Daisalux we design and manufacture luminaires that seamlessly blend into any space. The goal was to create a luminaire that would be invisible to the eye, that would blend into the background while offering first-class performance. SPICA is the result. Emergency lighting

Open the catalog to page 10CEILINGS WITH EASY BATTERY ACCESS The SPICA power supply module has been designed to keep installation times to a minimum. The ergonomics of the module eliminates the constraints of ceilings with inspection access: sharp objects, cables, and other elements. Its smooth surface, coupled with its edge-free design, allows it to glide easily. This luminaire is specifically designed for false ceilings and ceilings with inspection access. Its flexibility also means that it only requires 10 cm of recess. It is designed to provide easy access to the batteries so that they can be replaced in no time.

Open the catalog to page 13Design at the heart of the dialogue While emergency lighting is only used in rare circumstance, the lighting fixture has a permanent place in the space. We help strike the perfect balance between the aesthetics of the space as a whole and the functionality of emergency lighting. As a component that impacts architectural design, our job is to understand the specific characteristics of the space, materials, and overall atmosphere. We work together with architects, engineers, and lighting designers to identify project requirements, learning what they want and expect from us. 26 DAISALUX DX Emergency...
Open the catalog to page 14Creating the imperceptible In line with this philosophy, we set out to create a luminaire that is invisible to the eye and has the smallest size possible while delivering maximum performance. And we called the result SPICA. Find out how we pushed the boundaries when we developed this new product. Emergency lighting
