Specifications:
The Carril Series emergency luminaires are constructed according to the EN 60598-2-22 (IEC 60598-2-22) standard and comply with Community Electromagnetic Compatibility, Low Voltage, and RoHS Directives 93/68/EC, 73/23/EC, and 2002/95/EC. They are made from self-extinguishing plastic materials that withstand temperatures up to 850ºC, conforming to EN 60598-1 (IEC 60598-1) and EN 60695-2-1 (IEC 60695-2-1). The luminaires feature battery protection against excessive discharges, a remote control standby function, and are classified as Class II for electrical shock protection. They are suitable for mounting on normally flammable surfaces (Class "F") and have an IP 22 IK 04 rating. A mains input thermal protector is included, and functional testing is conducted on the entire production using electronic-computing systems.

Procedures:
Daisalux provides two types of fastening systems compatible with most electrified rails. For other cases, consultation with the factory is advised. The Carril series is supplied without a connector, and the cable hose, installed at the factory, consists of four wires: blue/brown for power and black/grey for remote control. The cable hose color corresponds to the device finish: white for white finish and black for black/silver grey finish.

Finishes:
The Carril Series is available in white (RAL9002), black (RAL9004), and silver grey (RAL9006) finishes, with an opal polycarbonate diffuser as standard. The housing is made of painted aluminum.

An example order for 20 emergency luminaires, model CARRIL N5, in white with the NK fastening system, would be: 20 CARRIL N5 (RAL9002, NK).
