Panels and Construction

• Partitions and Ceiling: Panels with camelocks, thickness options of 60 mm or 100 mm.
• Material: Iceberg white (close to RAL 9010) powder-coated smooth steel exterior.
• Core: High-density polyurethane foam, HCFC-free, density 40 kg/m³.
• Fire Reaction Class: C,s3-d0 standard, option B,s3-d0 (M1).
• Thermal Conductivity: λ = 0.023 W/m/°C.
• Thermal Transmittance (Uc): 0.37 W/m²·°C for 60 mm thickness, 0.22 W/m²·°C for 100 mm thickness.

Floor Panels

• Thickness: 60 or 100 mm.
• Lower facing: lacquered steel.
• Upper facing: 9 mm plywood with phenolic resin and anti-skid hexagonal pattern (not suitable for rolling loads).
• Core: same high-density polyurethane foam.

Junctions and Finishing

• Inside: integrated rounded angles with 15 mm radius for hygiene and ease of cleaning.
• Outside: rounded angles and corners matching handle colors, designed for easy washing.

Dimensions and Configurations

• Inside height options: 185.5 cm or 203 cm (with floor).
• Inside length and width: modular from 123 x 123 cm up to 243 x 243 cm in 20 cm increments.
• Outside dimensions vary depending on floor presence, with added height and width allowances for floor bearers and panel thickness.
• 246 configurations available, allowing U-shaped shelving from 160 cm dimensions.

Doors

• Isothermal hinged doors reversible (right/left) for cells with floor.
• Door leaf thickness: 60 mm with external white PET (55 μm) non-scratching, corrosion-resistant surface; internal face in white lacquered steel.
• Keylock with inside safety opening and external striking plate for neat free passage without electrical switch.
• Heating frame available for negative temperature applications.
• Options for off-centered or centered free passage depending on door frame width (100 or 120 cm).
• Doorframe includes integrated tubes for cable passage.

Options and Accessories

• Shelvings: 3 levels, max load 90 or 120 kg per level, depth 400 mm, available in L or U configurations.
• Striking plate with electrical contact to control lighting and cooling during door opening.
• Pressure relief valve for safety.
• Ventilation rafters (6 x 4 cm) in 60 mm thickness panels, can be oriented vertically or horizontally.
• Special hinged door on 120 cm frame with reduced off-centered free passage (62 cm width).
• Toundra Twin: coupled cells with 60 mm thickness.

Performance and Usage

• Suitable for positive temperatures and negative temperatures down to -25°C.
• Recommended regular maintenance includes checking internal temperature, gasket condition, and hardware.
• Cleaning instructions: use mild cleaning agents, avoid abrasive or solvent-based cleaners, clean with sponge below 30°C, rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Avoid washing negative temperature cells with large quantities of water to prevent ice formation.
• For negative cold rooms over 10 m³, warning devices are mandatory.

Installation and Handling

• Panels are lightweight and easy to handle, suitable for narrow spaces.
• Installation time: less than 2 hours for two persons.
• Door location can be changed on site due to panel design.
