Product catalog summary
Thermal Insulation Overview
The LA panel is engineered for isothermal cell installations, accommodating both limited and extensive heights. It addresses insulation, ambient conditions, and durability requirements. Key advantages include ease and speed of assembly, architectural harmony, and adaptability for future modifications.
Applications
The LA panel is suitable for new constructions and refurbishments in industrial settings, canteens, logistical stores, laboratories, and more. It meets food industry standards. A 40 mm thick lining panel is available for hygienic compliance in older buildings. Special panels are designed for concealing cables and pipes, while finishing and protective accessories aid in cleaning and impact resistance.
Characteristics
Panel Claddings: The panel faces are selected based on usage and environment. The standard is a powder-coated galvanized steel plate in Iceberg white, with options for specific conditions like PET 55, PVDF, and stainless steel with protective films.
Insulating Core: The core consists of HCFC-free, high-density polyurethane foam. It has a volumetric mass of 40 kg/m³ and thermal conductivity of 0.026 W/m.K. Panel thickness varies to meet temperature requirements, with weights and Uc values provided for each thickness.
Dimensions: Width options are 1160 mm or 1100 mm for export, with lengths ranging from 2 m to 13 m.
Construction
Panels interlock with a snap-on system, and overlap trims protect the insulant from fire. The rabbet recess enhances rigidity, and panels align easily for a flat partition wall. Single interlock is used for 40 mm thickness, and double interlock for 60 to 220 mm.
Reports and Approvals
Fire behavior is classified as B-s2,d0 or B-s3,d0, with technical recommendations from CSTB N° 2/10-1421.
Additional Information
Various sealing and finishing solutions are available for joints based on ambient conditions. The document includes a customer reference list featuring notable installations.

Thermal insulation-1

Thermal Insulation The LA panel is designed for the installation of isothermal cells of limited or great height. It complies with the various constraints of insulation, ambient conditions and toughness. Advantages compared with traditional structures are their facility and rapidity of assembly, their harmonization with the architecture and the possibility of subsequent transformations. Characteristics Panel claddings The selection of panel faces must be appropriate to the utilization of the premises and to their surrounding environment. The standard product is a powder-coated galvanized steel plate, colour Iceberg white (near RAL 9010), slightly corrugated (depth of rib 0.6 mm) or smooth. For specic ambient conditions (high level of hygrometry, intensive cleaning...), other panel faces are available: PET 55, PVDF, 304 stainless steel with PVC + PET lm... They are covered with a protective lm that should be removed after installation.
