Its versatility offers a wide range of uses, a significant load-bearing capacity and unparalleled quick assembly of all its components. Incorporates a safety rail. The Modular Scaffolding MEKA 48 is based on a system of vertical standards with rosettes allowing up to 8 connections where the ledgers and diagonal braces connect, and enable different angles to be made every 50 cm. The Modular Scaffolding MEKA 48 is manufactured according to European...

The reinforced base plate has a thickness of 5 mm and a surface area of 120 X 120 mm. 0 36 mm threaded rod available in different lengths. With overlapping space to comply with the relevant regulation. The screw jack base 1.0 m ■ 2 levers is pre-eminently used to stabilise the structure.
Open the catalog to page 8Manufactured with tubes of 0 48.3 x 3.2 mm thickness and rosettes at intervals of 50 cm. Each rosette has 4 small openings for connecting ledgers and 4 big openings for connecting diagonal braces. They bear the load of the scaffolding. Galvanised and with a minimum thickness of 75 microns. The upper end has a spigot for attaching 0 40 mm pipes. Every standard has connection holes at its lower end and in the spigot, and therefore both components can be joined together with a snap pin.

Hot galvanised and with a minimum thickness of 75 microns. Avoids the use of diagonal braces for lower-standing operations by securing the structure through 4 points (2 locks and 2 hooks). The modular scaffolding MEKA 48 system offers various side protection possibilities to meet the specific requirements of each scaffolding: . 2) Standard and...

The main difference lies in its loading capacity, increased thanks to the gussets and the lower ledger, making it more resistant to bend. Manufactured with 0 48.3 mm steel pipe and solid rectangular gussets, there are 4 locks welded to the ends. The truss is 50 cm in height. It can cope with heavy loads.
Open the catalog to page 12M ALUMINIUM DOUBLE TRUSS LEDGERS SYSTEMS Manufactured with 0 48x4 mm aluminium pipe, their distinguishing features are their lightweight and ease handling. 2 and 3 m models are available. Through the steel fittings between the trusses and the ends, the system can cover a wide range of lengths. Manufactured with 0 38 mm steel pipe, it ensures that the trusses are securely hold together thanks to the 4 M10 screws and nuts. Galvanised. Manufactured with 038 mm steel pipe, it attaches the truss to the vertical standards rosettes using 2 wedges. The truss is secured using 2 M10 screws and nuts....

An extremely resistant perforated working area manufactured with anti-slip grooves. The 2 welded tubes make them easy to handle. Width: 30 cm. hot galvanised and with a minimum thickness of 75 microns. Complying with the 12810-2 fall arrest system requirements. The planks comply with the EN 12811 requirements. Aluminium structural frame. A working area made of 12 mm thick, damp-proof and anti-slip board. Ladder supplied separately. H: edge height C: load capacity ■ ACCESS LADDER COMPONENT...

Attached to the ledger using a 48.3 mm clamp. ■ plank extension bars Designed to complete the side protection (guardrail). Made from anti-humidity wood. Metal clamps on both ends. Offering 15 cm of protective height. The brackets open up a variety of possibilities for the system by increasing the size of the working area.

Used for scaffolds where tying the structure to a wall is not an option as well as for mobile towers. An articulated base plate allows it to adapt well to the surface. The adjustable telescopic arm can be operated with a snap pin. 2 clamps secure it to the standards.

Open the catalog to page 18MEKA 48 ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE Starting from the highest point, place the screw jack bases on the ground. It is recommended the ground to be compacted with sole boards in order to distribute the weight of the load. Insert a base collar into each of the screw jack bases. Insert the standards into the base collars in order to erect the first level: • Standards 3.0 m where guardrails are used. • Standards 2.0 m everywhere else. Join the standards with the ledgers. Place the provisional guardrail to reach to the first level. Then assembly the ledgers and the toeboards. Place the planks on the next...
