Open the catalog to page 1EUROPEAN SCAFFOLDING DINO 48 EUROPEAN SCAFFOLDING DINO 48 European Scaffolding is ideal for working on regular façades as it enables high assembly performance, thanks to its simple design and excellent manageability. In addition, it is compatible with the modular MEKA 48 scaffolding. The DINO 48 European Scaffolding is manufactured in compliance with the following European standards: • EN 12810 • EN 12811 DINO 48 European Scaffolding basically consists of frames and walkthru frames which, when connected using planks, handrails and diagonal braces, provide assemblies that are adaptable to...

Open the catalog to page 4■ SCREW JACK BASES Made of zinc plated steel. They bear the load of the vertical pipes. The reinforced base plate has a thickness of 5 mm and a surface area of 120 X 120 mm. 0 36 mm threaded rod available in different lengths. With overlapping space in compliance with the current regulations. The jack base 1000 2 levers is pre-eminently used to stabilise the structure. Accommodates the scaffold on inclined surfaces. ■ REINFORCED SIDE BRACKET The reinforced side bracket is manufactured with hot galvanized steel. Allows the scaffold to be erected to a wall or a facade, using either chemical...
Open the catalog to page 5EUROPEAN SCAFFOLDING These are the basic components of the DINO 48 system. Manufactured with tubes of 0 48.3 x 3.2 mm thickness, they are fitted with lock pins for assembling the system's guardrails and diagonal braces. The reinforcements at both top ends make the system extremely rigid. The upper end has spigots for attaching 0 40 pipes. Both uprights have drill holes at their lower end and in the spigot so that they can be attached with a snap pin. Available in two finishes: • hot-dip galvanized with a minimum thickness of 75 microns, • epoxy coat. ■ WALKTHRU FRAMES These enable a...

Fitted with lock pins to enable handrails and guardrails to be assembled. Available in two finishes: • hot-dip galvanized with a minimum thickness of 75 microns, • epoxy coat. ■ HANDRAILS & DIAGONAL BRACES The handrails and diagonal braces are the components that enable the side protection to be installed and make the structure rigid. Made from 0 48 mm tube that is continuous hot galvanized (Sendzimir). Diagonal bracing...

Through the steel fittings between the trusses and the ends, the system can cover a wide range of lengths. ASSEMBLY EXAMPLE: • ALUMINIUM DOUBLE TRUSS LEDGER 2m • ALUMINIUM DOUBLE TRUSS LEDGER 3m • CENTRAL FITTING • END FITTING DINO 48 (2 UNITS) 1. ALUMINIUM DOUBLE TRUSS LEDGER 2m 2. ALUMINIUM DOUBLE TRUSS LEDGER 3m
Open the catalog to page 9EUROPEAN SCAFFOLDING The top guardrail is an alternative to using the handrail for side protection, making the assembly more rigid. The side guardrail is used to cover the gap at the sides of the frames of a width of 70 and 100 cm at both ends. Available in two finishes: • hot-dip galvanized with a minimum thickness of 75 microns, • epoxy coat.
Open the catalog to page 10■ FIXED STEEL PLANKS The planks comply with the EN 12811 requirements. An extremely resistant perforated working area manufactured with anti-slip grooves. The 2 welded tubes make them easy to handle. Width: 30 cm. Hot galvanized and with a minimum thickness of 75 microns. Complying with the 12810-2 fall arrest system requirements. (min. thickness crons) EP: epoxy coat H: edge height C: load capacity ■ ACCESS PLANKS The planks comply with the requirements of EN 12811. Aluminium structural frame. A working area made of 12 mm thick, damp-proof and anti-slip board. Ladder supplied separately....

Open the catalog to page 12With similar characteristics to the brackets, stabilizers help to prevent small mobile towers and other structures from toppling. Connected using a coupler. Hot-dip galvanized with a minimum thickness of 75 micron. Used for scaffolds where tying the structure to a wall is not an option as well as for mobile towers. An articulated base plate allows it to adapt well to the surface. The adjustable telescopic arm can be operated with a snap pin. 2 couplers secure it to the frames. Hot-dip galvanized with a minimum thickness of 75 micron. M PROVISIONAL GUARDRAIL (two struts and two telescopic...
Open the catalog to page 13EUROPEAN SCAFFOLDING M OUTER GUARDRAIL - access steps - Ideal for creating access points in the scaffolding structure. Anti-slip steps and landings. Width of steps 60 cm. The models manufactured with 6061 aluminium are very lightweight, making assembly easier, while the hot galvanised steel model is ideal for access points that need a greater loading capacity.
Open the catalog to page 14DINO 48 ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE Starting from the highest point, place the screw jack bases on the ground. It is recommended the ground to be compacted with sole boards in order to distribute the weight of the load. Put the rest of the frames, handrails and diagonal braces together (these will depend on the length and height of the scaffold). Check the adjustment of the jack bases. Assemble the second level of frames. Workers must wear a safety harness attached to a secure anchoring point. Fit the side guardrail supplements at the ends and the central guardrail supplements along the span of the...
