Conventional Scaffold Overview

This document details specifications, components, and assembly instructions for the "Amarillo" conventional scaffold system, including models AMM, AZZ, and RJY, all with dimensions approximately 2000 x 1000 mm.

1. Scaffold Frame Specifications

• Frames are available in three models: AMM, AZZ, and RJY, with varying heights (e.g., 635-1670 mm for AMM) and widths (1000-2000 mm).
• Materials include steel tubes of different diameters and thicknesses (e.g., Ø42x2 mm, Ø25x1.5 mm), with weights around 13.7 to 14.1 kg per frame.
• Frames feature walk-thru design with anti-slip and drainage holes, and two welded tubes to facilitate handling.

2. Platforms

• Extensible platforms are provided for each model, with lengths ranging from 1220 mm (RJY) to 2160 mm (AMM and AZZ).
• Platforms are painted and constructed with steel tubes (Ø42x2 mm, Ø40x1.5 mm) and weigh approximately 16 kg.
• Platform dimensions and weights are specified for safe load handling.

3. Guardrails and Safety Components

• Extensible guardrails are available for all models, with lengths from 2000 to 3055 mm and weights between 16 and 21 kg.
• Handrails and cross braces use Ø25x1.5 mm steel tubes to ensure structural stability.
• Toeboards are provided in lengths of 400 mm and 700 mm, weighing 2.9 kg and 4.0 kg respectively, enhancing safety by preventing tools or materials from falling.

4. Scaffold Stairs and Side Brackets

• Extensible scaffold stairs are designed for easy access, with lengths of 2000 to 3000 mm and weights around 49 kg.
• Side brackets (ampliaplataformas) are included to extend working platforms safely.

5. Assembly Instructions

1. Place fixed platforms, access platform, and ladder support; position the ladder on the support.
2. Assemble 2-meter frames onto jack bases, connecting frames with cross braces and handrails.
3. Install adjustable jack bases at scaffold base.
4. Add subsequent frame levels similarly, securing lateral protection with guardrails and toeboards.
5. Properly brace the scaffold to the wall for stability.
6. Install next platform levels and complete the top level with short frames and full lateral protection.

• Use specified tube diameters and thicknesses to maintain scaffold strength and safety.
• Ensure all platforms and guardrails are securely installed to prevent falls.
