The blender includes a tight-fitting cover, a measured pour lid, a 48-oz. glass jar, a leak-proof gasket, stainless steel blades, a locking ring, electronic touchpad controls, a heavy-duty motor base, slip-proof feet, and cord storage. Controls include On/Off, High, Low, Ice Crush, and Pulse buttons.
Position the rubber gasket and cutting assembly on the blender jar, secure with the locking ring, and place the jar on the motor base. Ensure the cover and pour lid are in place before use.
Place the motor base on a clean, dry surface, assemble the jar, and plug in the unit. Add ingredients starting with liquids and select the desired speed. Use Pulse mode for quick blending bursts. The unit features an auto-stop after two minutes of continuous use and a resettable thermal fuse for overload protection.
Unplug the unit before cleaning. Wash the blender jar, cover, and other removable parts in warm soapy water or place them in the dishwasher. Handle blades carefully. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth and never submerge in water.

The work bowl can be positioned in multiple ways on the motor base. Ensure the chopping blade or slicing/shredding disc is securely attached before use. The cover must click into a locked position.
For best results, cut ingredients into uniform pieces. Use the pulse function for chopping and continuous operation for puréeing. Adjust pressure on the feed tube based on the food's hardness.

FOOD PROCESSOR ASSEMBLY Please note that the bowl with collar will fit on the base in eight different positions. The handle can be in front or on either side, and the feed tube in front, back, or on either side. Directions for use reference a certain position for instructional purposes only. Shredding (using the Reversible Slicing/Shredding Disc) • Always use High speed when shredding. A lways pack food in the feed tube evenly to shred. Some foods, like hard vegetables, need firm pressure on the feed tube, while softer foods need light pressure.
