Technical Specifications
PediTred® SA G7 is a flooring product with a grid depth of 11/16” (17.5mm) and a product weight of 3.39 lbs./sq. ft. It features 1.5” (38.1mm) on-center tread spacing and is constructed with one-piece serrated aluminum tread rails. The product can withstand a rolling load capacity of 1,000 lbs. per wheel and comes with a 2-year limited warranty. It is Cradle to Cradle Certified™.

Materials
The product is made from aluminum alloy 6105-T5 or 6105-T6 for extrusions, with flexible and prime EPDM extrusions. Tread insert options are available as specified in section 2.05.

Floor Mats
The G7 PediTred SA model is made from extruded 6105-T5 aluminum alloy with 3/4” deep serrated aluminum tread rails. These are joined by a dual durometer EPDM combination hinge and cushion, allowing for drainage through perforations between each tread rail. The rail finish is available in clear anodized only. The unit is designed to withstand 1000 lb. wheel loads.

Mat Frames

LB Level Base Frame: A 1” (25.4mm) deep recessed frame in 6063-T6 aluminum alloy with a 1/4” (6.4mm) wide exposed surface. Available in mill, clear/bronze/black anodized, or custom powder coat finish.
TNG Tapered Angle Frame: A 3/4” (19.1mm) deep recessed frame in 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, available in similar finishes as the LB frame.
PS Pipe-Stem Frame: Made from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, designed to create a receiver for surrounding commercial carpet, available in standard finishes.
TA Tapered Aluminum Frame: A 3 1/2” (38.1mm) wide frame in 6063-T6 aluminum alloy for surface-mounted applications, available in standard finishes.

Note: Mill finish frames in contact with concrete should be primer coated.
