Overview: Crossville's StructureTM Porcelain Stone® tile collection offers a minimalist design inspired by concrete and stone, providing a versatile backdrop for various design expressions. The tiles are available in five colors, all made in the USA with at least 20% recycled content.

Product Specifications: The collection includes tiles in sizes 6" x 6", 6" x 24", 12" x 24", and 24" x 24". All tiles are rectified and modular, suitable for modular patterns or planking as part of the Get Planked® program. The tiles have a shade variation of V2.

Care and Maintenance: Regular cleaning with hot water and household cleaner is recommended. No waxes are needed. Detailed care instructions are available on CrossvilleInc.com.

Recommended Use: StructureTM tiles are suitable for interior floors, walls, countertops, and exterior walls in both residential and commercial settings. They are not recommended for exterior horizontal surfaces or paving. For tiles 18 inches or longer, an offset of no greater than 33% is recommended.

Environmental Impact: The tiles contain a minimum of 20% pre-consumer recycled content. Crossville's recycling processes are certified by Scientific Certification Systems, recycling nearly 12 million pounds of waste annually. The Tile Take-BackTM Program further supports sustainability efforts.

Product Performance: The tiles exhibit high performance with a breaking strength of over 500 lbf, bond strength over 200 psi, and resistance to chemicals and frost. They have a water absorption rate of less than 0.20% and a scratch hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale. The coefficient of friction is >0.8 dry and >0.7 wet.

Sizes and Finishes: Field tiles are available in all colors with a thickness of 10.5 mm and a UPS finish. Coordinating trims include single bullnose and cove base options.

Design Patterns: Various custom patterns are highlighted, including offset and basketweave patterns, using different tile sizes and colors such as AV223 Shale, AV224 Timber, and AV221 Gypsum.
