Genesis System Overview
The Genesis system is engineered to produce high-quality, customizable refrigerated cold rooms of various shapes and sizes. It features self-extinguishing PVC edges integrated during polyurethane injection, facilitating the creation of ready-to-assemble panels. The standard coating is a galvanized prepainted metal sheet (EN 10142, 0.5 mm thick) with a primer for internal surface anchorage and a non-toxic orange peel external finish. The system includes exclusive CCH18 hooks by Criocabin, embedded in polyurethane for quick assembly and reusability.

Doors
The system offers semi-recessed doors with a prepainted metal sheet frame and a rounded PVC profile to prevent condensation. Key features include a double-tube PVC gasket for easy replacement, lifting hinges with inaccessible screws, and a 1-point closing mechanism with an internal safety release button. Low-temperature versions are available with replaceable heating cables (220 V or 24 V) and double insulation. Custom sliding doors and various dimensions are available upon request.

Floors
Floors are designed for different load capacities and uses:

Standard: Walk-in floors with a maximum static load of 1,500 Kg/m² and a punctual capacity of 80 Kg, featuring a 1 mm anti-slip plastic-coated metal sheet finish.
K2000: Suitable for trolleys with a maximum load of 5,000 Kg/m² and a punctual capacity of 140 Kg, featuring a 1 mm AISI 304 stainless steel finish, R12 certified.
K1000: Suitable for trolleys with soft rubber tires, supporting up to 250 Kg per wheel, with a maximum load of 5,000 Kg/m² and a punctual capacity of 140 Kg, featuring a 1 mm hardened stainless steel finish, R12 certified.
K1600: Suitable for pallet trucks up to 1,600 Kg, with a maximum load of 5,000 Kg/m² and a punctual capacity of 140 Kg, featuring an aluminum lined finish.
K2000R: A reduced insulation version (35 mm) of the K2000 floor.

Dimensions and Insulation
The system offers customizable dimensions and heights according to customer specifications. Insulation options include:

S 7 (7 cm): ∆ 45 °C, thermal conductivity 0.34 K
S 10 (10 cm): ∆ 65 °C, thermal conductivity 0.24 K
S 14 (14 cm): ∆ 75 °C, thermal conductivity 0.17 K

Additional specifications include a 10 °C conductibility of λ 0.0238 W/mK, 92% closed coldrooms, compression charge of KPa 210, and fire resistance according to ISO 3582 and DIN 4102 class B3. The application field ranges from 333 K to 233 K (-40 °C to +60 °C).
