The environmental composition includes 20% recycled yarn, 14% GRS recycled PET bottles, 3% circular yarn from own waste, 3% GRS recycled CO waste, and 80% standard yarn. The low-impact yarn is primarily PP at 80%.
The fabric width is 140 cm with a tolerance of +4 cm. The weight is 550 gr/m2 with a ±5% variance and 770 gr/lm with a ±5% variance.
Dimensional change during domestic washing and drying is tested according to EN ISO standards, with warp and weft changes ranging from -3% to +3%. Soiling and cleanability are rated at 4-5 on the FORD FLTM BN 112-08:2005 scale. Abrasion resistance reaches 80,000 cycles as per EN ISO 12947-2:1998. Pilling resistance is rated 4-5, and lightfastness exceeds level 6 according to EN ISO standards. Seam slippage resistance is measured at 2.5 mm for warp and 2 mm for weft.
The fabric meets various ignitability standards, including BS5852, EN1021, CAL TB 117, NFPA 260, and BS 7176 Low Hazard. It is spot-cleanable with soap and water, machine-washable, and does not require chemicals for cleaning. Protective measures are advised when using velcro to prevent fabric damage.
The fabric is Oekotex certified, uses REACH-approved chemicals and dyes, is biocide and PFCs free, and is produced with zero waste. It is manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards in Barcelona, EU.
