CORNISH CONCRETE P HELICAL STAIRCASES Helical staircases often form the main architectural feature inside a building with their curves creating a feelmg of space and opulence, With our trained and skilled tradesmen we are able to do justice to that architectural intent and create this lgant centrepiece. CCP will not only design, d驩tail and supply helical staircases, but will also offer an installation service. CCP Helical Staircases are cast face down and the soffit is trowelled. By this method CCP are able to accurately reflect the multi faceted soffit, which cannot be easily replicated by formwork. Depending on the centre of gravity, helical stairs may require a restraint at the top and the bottom. Alternatively, the treads can be designed to cantilever from a central circular core that and thus rection is straightforward as units can be stacked on top each other.
