TECHNICAL SHEET Mixture of European produced polyurethane resins with a low percentage of isocyanate and diluted, depending on type of application, with acetate-based formula. Non-inflammable product. Ignition point over 200°C with viscosity 2,900mPas DIN 53019/1; density at 20°C of 1,1g/ cm3 DIN 53217/1+2; straw-yellow colour; characteristic smell. 120min. working time. Data refers to the product stored at temperature of 15-25°C, in dry conditions (i.e. no humidity), and packed for max. 6 months. TECHNICAL DATA GRAVEL RESIN The data hereinafter refers to grouting on gravel of different grainsize and rock type. Use exclusively hard, clean and dry gravels. Test results: resistance to bending: 1.05kN total / 1.19N/ mm2; resistance to tensile stress: 1.7N/mm2. The data is to be considered as of a purely informative nature. For these reasons, Elastofuga® is a better solution than sand, cement grout and tar based sealing systems. The laying and sealing system is the product of 10 years of research and exhaustive testing.
