  • Step 3: The bio-zone retains the sewage-bacteria mixture until treatment is complete.
  • Step 4: Treated effluent enters the settlement zone, where solids settle and are returned to the bio-zone.
  • Step 5: Final effluent exits the plant over a weir, with an option for pumped discharge.


Installation and Design
The Conder ASP is designed for below-ground installation, minimizing visual impact and operating quietly and odorlessly. It offers low maintenance and running costs, with a competitive price and adaptable design. Options include integral pumped systems and deeper inverts.

Installation Requirements
Installation involves a 200 mm deep concrete base and pea shingle or self-compacting backfill. Electrical work must comply with current regulations.

Additional Features
Extension kits and package pump stations are available for customization. The plant comes with a 12-month warranty, extendable to 5 years.
