WELLNESS III - 2

Water + exercise = a powerful combination. Every day, science discovers more reasons why we should all be exercising. Reasons ranging from reduced risk of cancer and diabetes to lower cholesterol, greater resistance to bacteria and viruses, improved quality of sleep, and even longer life. By contrast, the benefits of immersing a human body in a vessel of warm water have been known and understood for centuries. So doesn’t it make sense to do both? Why not create an environment where you can enjoy the dual benefits of exercise and warm water therapy? Coast’s Wellness Spas were created to do...

We designed the seats and footwells to accommodate all body types, and added a stainless steel balance ring to give extra support. As public demand for better...

Some benefits of cardio exercise: weight loss, stronger heart and lungs, increased bone density, reduced stress, reduced risk of heart disease and some types of cancer, temporary relief from depression and anxiety, more self-confidence and better sleep. Exercise bands on the Wellness I and II attach easily and provide several levels of resistance. The clip-on oars help you build strength and aerobic capacity, and expand your range of motion. And to benefit from what many regard as the best all-around exercise, the Wellness II Swim Spa lets you swim continuously against the full frontal...
