EN LGS design r&s clei LGS is a double-use furniture system, available in several different day versions. Through a rotation movement it transforms into an always ready-made bed provided with wooden slats . Dimensions : Closed 2200 x 1130 x 623 mm / 86.6 x 44.5 x 24.5 inches Open 2200 x 1130 x 2395 mm / 86.6 x 44.5 x 94.3 inches Single mattress 1970 x 850 x 120 mm / 77.6 x 33.5 x 4.7 inches TECHNICAL INFORMATION Revolving opening mechanism through pins that slide in pantographed grooves and hinged arms, connected to the structure Bed base with frame in tubular reinforced iron and multilayer bent beech wood slats, fixed to the frame with nylon/rubber gaskets. On demand, the bed base frame can be covered by a bent wooden stripe. Mattress locking belts in nylon with fastener in black nylon Available Finishes: structure and front: Melamine White Dover, Melamine Whited Oak or Gaphite Oak, Lacquer Clei colours system. Doors: with aluminium frame and panel in Abs (white, blue, orange , green) or in different kind of glass (frosted glass, smoked mirror, lacquered glass, silver glass) Upholstered stuffed headboard for the bed, fixed directly to the back panel through snaps. Cleaning according to the fabric label . Mattress: spring mattress, Reinforced Latex mattress, 50% Memory mattress. REMARK - INSTALLATION AND SAFETY This model is supplied disassembled and its easy installation is supported by comprehensive instructions. It is compulsory to fix it to the wall, in 4 fixing points, using the proper hardware supplied by CLEI (squares, rawlplugs with diameter 9mm/0.4 inches and the couple nut-bolt) and following the assembling instructions provided together with the goods A plasterboard is not a suitable wall and the fixing can not be considered safe. (see assembling instructions) The installator is in charge to test the correct fixing and to provide with a workmanlike installation. The opening system is fixed to the structure with gears that remain perfectly tighten in both the day and the night positions.
