Technical Description

Sub Frame: Constructed from FJ fir wood on three sides with a thickness of 20 mm.

Frame: Fixed frame made from 50 mm veneered blockboard with a Deventer type door seal.

Door Leaf: The door leaf has a thickness of 71 mm, consisting of a double layer of 9.5 mm plasterboard, a double layer of 5 mm plywood or MDF, and an internal layer of 40 mm oriented-fibre rockwool. The edges are made from solid meranti wood. It includes silicone gaskets on the perimeter and can be finished with laminate or pantograph engraving. The lower door seal is movable and adjustable for acoustic purposes.

Architraves: Made from 72x12 mm adjustable, veneered multi-layer wood.

Finishing: Options include laminate with lacquered or stained edges, lacquering, or a sample color finish.

Hinges: Made from treated steel, with three hinges of 16 mm diameter, adjustable in three dimensions.

Handle: Options include a standard handle or a panic bolt with tamper-resistant through screws.

Lock: Yale lock with backset options of 50/60/70 mm.

Performance and Features: The door offers sound-proofing up to 41.8 dB, as certified by certificates no. 146537, no. 270072, and no. 270073. The approximate weight is 25 kg/m².
