Product catalog summary
Overview: This document outlines the technical specifications and operational details for the C92A and C120A dual fuel burner models from the Tecnopress series by CIB Unigas. These burners are designed to operate with both gas and light oil, featuring independent systems for each fuel type.
Specifications: The burners include an independent electric motor for the oil pump, allowing the oil system to remain inactive during gas operation. The combustion head is optimized for natural gas efficiency and includes a by-passing nozzle with a pressure regulator, achieving a turndown ratio of 1:3.
Control and Safety Features: A control panel with a mimic diagram and neon lamps indicates various operational stages. An ultraviolet (UV) photocell is used to detect the flame during operation, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Technical Details: Detailed dimensional drawings and recommended drilling templates for installation are provided. The C92A model has a power range of 250-920 kW, while the C120A ranges from 300-1200 kW. Both models operate on a 230/400 V 3N AC supply, with fan and pump motors rated at 1.1 kW and 0.45 kW respectively for the C92A, and 1.5 kW and 0.45 kW for the C120A. Noise levels are maintained below 80 dBA.
Installation and Dimensions: Comprehensive dimensional data for both models is provided, including overall dimensions and specific measurements for installation components such as burner flanges and counterflanges.
Packaging and Weight: Both models share the same packaging dimensions of 1730 x 1280 x 1020 mm and a weight of 140 kg.
Conclusion: The C92A and C120A burners are versatile and efficient solutions for dual fuel applications, offering robust performance and safety features suitable for various industrial settings.

607 TECNOPRESS [kW 250 ÷ 1.200]-1

Like all the other dual fuels models, this series perfectly combine the mechanical devices and systems typical of gas burners with the ones of light oil burners. In this way this series can burn the two flues separately. This is possible because these burners are equipped with an independent electric motor for the activation of the oil pump. As a consequence during gas firing, the oil pump motor does not operate and remains off. They are equipped with a high performance combustion head designed to achieve the maximum efficiency when they work on natural gas; combustion head is also equipped with a by-passing nozzle which, using a pressure regulator, can reach a turndown ratio 1:3. The control panel is printed with a mimic diagram fitted with neon lamps to indicate the different stages of the burner operation. The burner is provided by an UV photocell to detect the flame during operation. Back-pressure in combustion chamber (mbar)
