Tradition and innovation for perfect cooling. The Pozzetto Gelato Circle counter series consists of 6 linear modules, 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 12 round tubs available with or without storage. Refrigeration is static with glycol, perfect for ensuring temperature uniformity for fast ice cream scooping for both upper round tubs and the lower ones. Lids are available in the two versions Sopra Piano, placed on the top and Filo Piano, perfectly flush with the worktop; the series of lids has a wide range of customization of materials: steel, powder coating, electroplating treatment, acrylics, Gres, marble...

Glycol Refrigeration Static glycol refrigeration has the following advantages: - perfect temperature uniformity between the upper and lower pans AT 1°C; - Energy saving due to very low consumption; - The glycol pozzetto never defrosts! It thus avoids thermal shock to the ice cream, which can be kept longer. Built-in condensing unit with eco-friendly gas R290 integrated in the lower part of the basement, thus optimizing the usable space for inserting the pozzetto counter.
