CIAO is the professional plug-in ice-cream showcase. These showcases are conceived to have excellent and high performances. The range consists of 4 modules: L1150 (12 pans), L1650 (18 pans), L2150 (24 pans), L2150 (12+12 pans with 2 different temperatures) and 2 kind of glass structures: straight or curved glass. CIAO showcases can be joined together with the same aesthetics (optional) and all the internal parts and the external part on the operator side are coated in AISI 304 polished stainless steel.. Mechanical closing system of side glass panels and front glass Ciao with straight glass

Top glass with upward opening and integrated micro-hinges The glass structure consists of the NoFog single-glazed front and side glasses (patented system) that avoid the formation of condensation with an innovative and invisible heating characterized by laser micro-engravings; the top glass is fixed with two micro-hinges that allow the upward opening in order to simplify the cleaning. The access to the refrigerated compartment is through PETG sliding doors with perimetral seals that slide on a bright aluminum track integrated to the diffused 3000°K LED light fixture.

Thermodynamics The Ciao showcase is available in two versions: Single air-flow gelato showcase Allows for a double storage level of ice cream pans. Double air-flow gelato showcase Ensures perfect temperature equalization across all ice cream pans.

The reverse-cycle defrosting is ultra-fast and programmed, while the condensing units are hermetic and quiet, ensuring proper operation under any climate condition.
