TECHNICAL DATA ACTIVE/PASSIVE GAS VENTING SYSTEM GeoVent™ consists of a three-dimensional vent core that is wrapped in a non-woven, needlepunched filter fabric. GEOVENT End Outlets are available for use in conjunction with GEOVENT active/passive gas venting systems. GeoVentTM is designed for use in the following application: • An active or passive venting when used with CETCO vapor intrusion mitigation systems. GeoVent™ allows for ease of installation directly on the subgrade, eliminating the need for costly and labor-intensive trenching. • Installed directly on subgrade eliminating trenching and potential interference or damage to existing underground utilities • Placed in closer proximity to the vapor intrusion barrier allowing for more effective venting of any accumulated gas • Greater opening area per lineal foot of pipe and integral filter fabric allows for higher ventilation efficiency GeoVent™ allows for ease of installation directly on the subgrade, eliminating the need for costly and labor-intensive trenching.
