TECHNICAL DATA LOW PERMEABILITY SEDIMENT CAP MATERIAL DESCRIPTION BentoBlock® is natural sodium bentonite screened to 3/8 inch (0.95 cm) to 3/4 inch (1.90 cm) in size. BentoBlock® is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 60, Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals - Health Effects. BentoBlock® is specially formulated for use in the following applications: Mix with aggregate and deploy as a low-permeability sediment cap Mix with aggregate and deploy as a low-permeability barrier as part of funnel and gate system. Deploy around submerged structures in conjunction with Bentomat CL geosynthetic clay liner. For freshwater applications only. For saline conditions, contact CETCO Technical Sales Manager. Shown larger than actual size. • Chemically stable. Results from TCLP Priority Pollutants analysis are below RCRA limits for hazardous constituents*.
