Letter to stakeholders This is now the tenth edition of our Sustainability Report, a milestone marking a period of huge changes within the Group, which began just as the dramatic crisis which hit the world economy was starting to wreak havoc, terrorizing the markets. It is with great satisfaction that I read the economic and financial figures covering the years from 2008, mired in uncertainty, to the present day, reflecting a curve of constant improvement in all fundamental variables. I have even greater praise for the ethical approach adopted throughout all Group companies, demonstrated in...

Methodological framework and reporting perimeter Writing and distributing its Sustainability Report enables Florim to communicate with its stakeholders with transparency, describe the results achieved and set out future goals, in an approach based on engagement and continual improvement. It is in this spirit that we have always sought, year-on-year - for 10 years - to improve this document and ensure that it is concise and easy to read. As in previous years, the report (also issued in English) is based on the Global Reporting Initiative GRI-G4 (G4 edition) guidelines. The reporting process,...

Randstad Employer Brand Florim was an award-winner in the Randstad Employer Brand 2018. A survey of nearly 6,000 Italians between 18 and 65 years of age examined 150 firms (with more than 1,000 employees) operating in Italy. When asked “Where would you like to work?” interviewees chose “Florim” for its work-life balance projects. The study, independently conducted by Kantar TNS (no company can voluntarily sign up to take part), revealed that work-life balance is viewed as the most important factor when job-seeking (selected by 55% of respondents). This is followed by a pleasant working...
