Delivery and Storage
Blocks are delivered in banded packs and should be stored in planned locations to minimize handling. They should be protected from weather and damage.

Health and Safety
Care should be taken to minimize accidents. Safe lift/build heights should not exceed 6 full block courses in a day. Blocks should not be laid in temperatures below 3°C.

Construction Guidelines
- Blocks should be laid on a full bed of mortar with fully filled joints.
- Movement joints should be provided at intervals of 6-8m for external work.
- Render and plastering should conform to BS EN standards.

The thermal mass of ReadyBlock® can reduce the need for air-conditioning and heating, capturing solar gains.
