We will ensure that the performance of our products meets specifications with continuous quality controls, notifying you of deviations in advance. 2. We will archive all of your invoices and proofs of delivery, making them electronically available for you to access at your convenience. 3. We will process orders and deliver on time. We will fulfil stock item deliveries within 3 days for Aggregate Blocks and within 5 days for Hard Landscaping. We will deliver made to order products within 21 days. 4. We will give you a prompt, knowledgeable response and answer your call within 30 seconds. 5. We will confirm your quotation within 24 hours of receipt of enquiry. 6. We will acknowledge your feedback, queries and complaints within 24 hours. Please Note De-icing materials should not be used on the Hard Landscaping range of decorative paving. Hard Landscaping is manufactured from natural materials and colour variations may occur. Colour consistency cannot therefore be guaranteed. Colours shown in this brochure are as accurate as print production methods allow. We suggest that the final choice of colours should be judged from actual samples of products. Efflorescence Efflorescence or ‘lime bloom’ is a naturally occurring phenomenon, which can sometimes occur in concrete products due to the use of naturally sourced raw materials. The phenomenon may have the appearance of a milky white bloom on the surface of the product and an apparent loss of intensity of colour may occur. Efflorescence disappears with time and is in no way detrimental to the strength, durability or performance of ReadyPaveTM products. CEMEX cannot be held responsible for the phenomenon of efflorescence. Differential Drying ISO 9001 CEMEX Concrete Products adhere to the standard framework for managing and improving the company quality management system. CEMEX Concrete Products are all responsibly sourced and accredited to the independently verified standard, BES 6001. We are committed to sustainable development and ethical and responsible sourcing to a very good standard. Darker patches may be present on the surface of the block due to differential drying and will disappear over time. This is a result of the paver surface being cured at different rates and is no way detrimental to the strength, durability or performance of ReadyPaveTM products.
