I pannelli possono essere realizzati con differenti anime alveolari e fibra di vetro impregnata con resina epossidica o fenolica (SERIE - STEP) o completamente in alluminio (COMPOCEL AL FR). Tutti i pannelli prodotti per il settore lapideo permettono di ridurre lo spessore e il peso delle lastre, ottenendo piani e rivestimenti molto più leggeri, ma egualmente resistenti. In questo modo anche la logistica e l’installazione degli stessi ne trae notevolmente vantaggio. PANNELLI SERIE ALUSTEP (300 Light, 300D, 500, 500 Light, 500-SL, F, FN) Questi pannelli si caratterizzano per un’anima in alveolare di alluminio o carta aramidica, leggera, rigida, resistente alla compressione, alla corrosione ed al taglio, incombustibile e riciclabile. PANNELLI POLISTEP E CLEARSTEP Questi pannelli hanno un’anima alveolare in materiale termoplastico (polipropilene), resistente agli agenti chimici ed atmosferici, fonoisolante, termoisolante, riciclabile ed imputrescibile. Il CLEARSTEP permette la retro illuminazione. PANNELLI P-STEP Pannelli con anima in schiuma di PVC, PIR e PET sono resistenti all’umidità e all’acqua. PANNELLI COMPOCEL AL (FR) Questi pannelli sandwich con anima e pelli in alluminio combinano caratteristiche tecniche e meccaniche ad un’elevata resistenza al fuoco avendo ottenuto classificazioni e certificazioni nei vari settori di applicazione. I PANNELLI DELLA SERIE -STEP E COMPOCEL AL (FR) trovano applicazione in pavimentazioni, rivestimenti interni ed esterni, piani per cucine, tavoli e arredamento in genere, permettendo di ottenere prodotti di grande impatto estetico, con un ottimo rapporto rigidità/peso. These panels, which can be bonded easily to natural stones, mosaics, marbles, permit to reduce the thickness of the slabs to about 5mm, while doubling the surface. With the reduction of material and weight, logistics and installation costs can be significantly reduced. This application can be used with any engineered stone or porcelain material. SANDWICH PANELS ALUSTEP SERIES (300 Light, 300D, 500, 500 Light, 500-SL, F, FN) These panels have an aluminium or an aramid paper honeycomb core faced with fibreglass. They panels are: lightweight, rigid, resistant to shock and fatigue, recyclable. SANDWICH PANEL POLISTEP AND CLEARSTEP These panels, with a thermoplastic (polypropylene) honeycomb core and skins in fibregass, have following characteristics: resistantance to chemicals and weather, thermal and acoustic insulation, recyclablility. Clearstep permits backlighting. P-STEP PANELS Panels with a foam core in PVC, PIR or PET. They are resistant to humidity and water. COMPOCEL AL (FR) PANELS Sandwich panel COMPOCEL AL (FR) has core and skins in aluminium. This panel combines lightweight with high technical and mechanical properties and excellent fire ratings. It has namely passed the most stringent tests of European Law in shipbuilding, building and railway sector. -STEP SERIES AND COMPOCEL PANELS are used for floorings, interiors and exterior design and for all applications where optimal stiffness-to-weight-ratio is required.
