Honeycomb Core Properties
The polypropylene honeycomb core has a cell size of 8 mm and is white in color. It has a density of 80 kg/m³, compressive strength ranging from 1.50 to 1.60 MPa, and a compressive modulus of 70 MPa. The shear strength is 0.50 MPa, with a shear modulus of 12 to 13 MPa. The effective temperature range is from -30°C to +80°C.

Processing Methods
The panels can be processed through various methods including cutting to size, milling, drilling, joining, cutting to shape, panel folding, panel edgings, inserts, painting, and veneering. Maximum and minimum dimensions for processing are specified, with width tolerances of ±4 mm and length tolerances of ±4 mm.
