Thickness tolerance is ±0.4 mm, and dimension tolerance is ±30 mm. The skins have a thickness of 0.4 mm, and the honeycomb foil thickness is between 50 and 70 microns. Honeycomb density varies from 20 to 163 Kg/m³, and the adhesive used is epoxy resin.

Physical and Mechanical Performances: Panel weight varies with thickness, starting at 2.5 Kg/m² for 5 mm thickness. Compressive stabilized strength is 2.9 MPa, and maximum load capacity ranges from 180 N to 1400 N depending on panel thickness. Deflection at maximum load decreases with increasing thickness. The elastic modulus of the skins is 28,000 MPa, and the moment of inertia increases with panel thickness. The panels have a middle resistance to peeling greater than 500 N/76 mm.

Additional Specifications: The panels can withstand a maximum service temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, extendable to +85°C on request. The thermal expansion coefficient is 1.5 * 10^-5 °C-1. The panels are tested for marble/panel bonding according to ASTM D 4501, showing suitable bonding with substrate breakdown.
