Aluminium for an innovative structure The basic idea of the designers was to reduce the technical structure of each upholstered item to a common denominator, and then to decline it in its aesthetic part. The result is an extremely evolved and highly technical aluminium frame, made up of die-cast and extruded elements, which differs from traditional sofas in that it replaces the usual wooden structure with a structure made entirely of aluminium, on top of which all the upholstered elements can be fitted with bayonet fastening systems. Backrests & armrests aluminium, finish: polished bronzed black golden Structure made of solid wood and plywood covered with variable density polyurethane foam. Back cushions in high resilience, variable density polyurethane foam. Cushions in non-deformable, high-resilience, and variable density polyurethane foam. The cushions rest on high rubber content elastic webbing inserted in the aluminium frame.
